RED BAY, AL – Steven Bruce Brulport, 69, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Kenosha, WI to Harry Edward Brulport, Sr. and Patricia June Padeford Brulport. He was a DOT inspector for WI State Patrol and a veteran of the US Navy. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 21, 12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Cody Crum and Bro. Cody Watson officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Brulport; two daughters, Celena Marie Carlton (Patrick) and Crystal Renee Seitz (James); grandchildren, Katherine Carlton, Kristen Kemnetz, Cheyanne Carlton, Alexis Seitz (Christian Bonilla), Nathan Carlton, Zachary Tracy and Riley Seitz; siblings, Charles Brulport, Dan Brulport, Kathy Hentz (Brian), Jon Brulport (Cindy), Joan Potts (Bob), Judy Cross and Tom Brulport (Paula); his mother-in-law, Elsie Singleton; sisters-in-law, Wanda Perkins (Bobby) and Constance Casebolt (Scott) and a host of nieces, nephews and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Harry Brulport and his father-in-law, Bobby Singleton.
Pallbearers will be James Seitz, Patrick Carlton, Larry Littel, Nathan Carlton, Zachary Tracy and Christian Bonilla.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 21, 10-12 at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
