RED BAY, AL – Joy Louise Taylor, 70, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Tri-Star Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. She was born in Waukegan, IL to Wilbert and June Jenson Bolton. She was a member of Waukegan Adventist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 10, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Pastor Matthew Sandvik officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Vick; her son, David Taylor; her father, Wilbert Bolton; two brothers, Dale Bolton and Kenneth Bolton (Jodi); twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, June Bolton.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 10, 1-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
