SOUTHAVEN, MS – Dorothy Reimath Byram, 79, passed away peacefully July 10, 2017 with her loving family by her side at the Carrington House in Iuka, Ms. Mrs. Byram was born on October 26, 1937 in Mayersville, Ms. to Frederick and Bertie May Reimath. She was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church in Southaven, Ms.
Graveside services will be Saturday, July 15, 11 a.m. at Raymond Cemetery in Raymond, Ms. with Pastor David Fair officiating. Burial will be in Raymond Cemetery, Raymond, Ms. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Ms. will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of seventeen years – Doyle Byram, Iuka, Ms.; two sons -John Allen O’Conner and wife, Patricia O’Conner, Greenville, Ms. and Ray O’Conner, Memphis, Tn. from a previous marriage; grandchildren – Mary Kathryn Acosta and husband, Jody Acosta, Carrollton, Ms., Valerie Beth May and husband, Eric May, Raymond, Ms., John Allen O’Conner, Jr. and wife, Carly O’Conner, Raymond, Ms. and Dianne O’Conner, Memphis, Tn.; great-grandchildren -Lawson Smith, Mariella Acosta, Everleigh Acosta, Adalyn May, Aubrey May, Banes May, Walter O’Conner and sister- Frances Reimath.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons from a previous marriage, David O’Conner and Jimmy O’Conner and siblings, Lula Reimath, James Reimath, and Betty Reimath.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 13, 5-8 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Ms.
