COMO, MS – Elvis Moxley, 78, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Senatobia Health & Rehab, Senatobia, Ms. He was born in Red Bay, Al. and was a truck driver.
Services will be Sunday, July 9, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, Ms. with Michael Dixon officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery, Dennis, Ms. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Ms. will be in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are his wife of fifty-three years – Brenda Moxley, Como, Ms.; three children – Jeanette Butler, Flagler Beach, Fl., Elvis O. Moxley, Como, Ms. and Patrick Moxley (Amanda) Southaven, Ms.; five grandchildren – Brittany Navarro (Jonathon), Justin Moxley (Katlin), Cory Moxley, Murphy Moxley and Alyssa Moxley; one great-grandchild – Brynn Moxley and one uncle – Comer Moxley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Thomas Moxley and Annie Gray McKinney Moxley and a son, Royse Moxley.
Pallbearers will be Elvis O. Moxley, Patrick Moxley, Jeanette Butler, Murphy Moxley, Cory Moxley, Justin Moxley, Jonathon Navarro and Lee Curry. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Austin and Bruce Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 9, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Ms.
