GOLDEN, MS – Mary Rose, 82, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Golden, Ms. and worked as a nurse for forty years.
Services will be Thursday, June 15, 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Al. with Bro. Roger Wood officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Vina, Al. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al. will be in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are four children – Sharon Blair, Norman Rose (Margie) and Dora Ewing, all of Golden, Ms. and David Rose (Tracy) Fulton, Ms.; thirteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and one sister – Nellie Rue Wooten, Dennis, Ms.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rose, her parents, Roy Chandler and Susie Kingsley Chandler, a grandson, William Rose, a great-granddaughter, Danelle Humphries, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 14, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al.
