GOLDEN, MS – Marjorie Pauline Ginn, 90, died Sunday, October 23, 2016, at Generations of Red Bay. She was born in Red Bay, AL to Grady and Lela Ledbetter Thorn. She was a member of Old Union Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Jerry Ginn officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by three grandchildren-Robin Peters (Eric) of Fulton, Greg Ginn and Mackenzie Cruse (Joey) both of Golden; twelve great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters-Peggy Jo Chism (Hollis) of Red Bay and Edith Minor (Elsie) of Birmingham.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband-James Raymond Ginn; her son-Jacky Ginn; granddaughter-Denise Hutcheson; three brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Billy Chism, Corey Hutcheson, Phil Cain, Joey Cruse, Eric Peters and Rex Thorn.
Visitation will be Monday, October 24, from 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
