RED BAY, Ala. – Beulah Mae George Finch, 66, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000, at the UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Ala. She was born Sept. 11, 1933, in Itawamba County. She was a retired factory worker after 25 years. She was a member of Community Center Baptist Church in Red Bay.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with the Rev. Hal Holt and the Rev. Scott George officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Walls, and her husband, Kevin, of Tishomingo; one son, Chester George, and his wife, Joyce, of Waukegan, Ill.; one sister, Audrey Vinson of Golden; two brothers, Tom Swindle of Poplarville and Elzie Swindle of Verona; two half sister, Eloise Snowden and Inez Wilson, both of Elaine, Ark.; two half brothers, Jackie Swindle of Elaine, Ark., and Junior Swindle of Bowling Green, Ky.; five granddaughters; one grandson; four great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda George; a granddaughter, Rebecca Taylor; two sisters, Olene Kemp and Eular Berge; and two brothers, Hubert Swindle and Buffard Swindle.Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
