Eva Inez Cantrell, 64, of Hodges died Tuesday, February 26, 1991, in Tuscumbia. She was a native of Winston County, a housewife and member of the Baptist church. Services were held Friday, March 1, at Akins Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville, with Rev. Charles M. Pfeiffer and Rev. Nicky Barnett officiating. Burial followed in the Cedar Tree Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, G.K. Cantrell of Hodges; two sons, Darryl Cantrell of Hodges, and Mark Cantrell of New Port, NC.; two daughters, Wynnojean Halcomb of Tuscumbia, and Devilla Plyler of Willington, NC.; her father, S.M. Cagle of South Haven, Mich.; four brothers, Earl Cagle and Harold Cagle, both of South Haven, Billy Cagle of Apopka, Fla., and Coy Cagle of Carbon Hill; one sister, Jacqueline Cagle of South Haven; five grandchildren.
